Best Bitter

The first of Tracks’s green hop releases, as part of our Harvest festival, is a copper-coloured Best Bitter with fresh Fuggles from Hukin Hops, a fifth-generation family hop farm based in the Weald of Kent. Hukins shipped the hops from the Garden of England to us overnight, ensuring they were in peak condition for the brew the following morning.
Rich, biscuity malt sweetness is counterpoised by herbal bitterness, whilst nettles and elderflower dominate the aroma.
