We’ve been asked lots of questions since opening and thought it would help to have them all in one place, we’ll keep adding to this list:
Do you have events coming up? – We do. We’re going to have a series of live music nights, tap takeovers from some of our favourite breweries, sporting Q&A’s with beer tasting, plus wine and cocktail evenings. The best way to hear about these first is to sign up to our mailing list at the top of the website. Our updated event list can be seen here
Can we takeaway your draft beer? – We have just re-stocked with 3.5 pint growlers, these are sealed to keep them fresh for a week before opening (once open you are best consuming within 2-3 days), all we ask for is a £15 deposit, bring back the used container and we will replace with a fresh one or return the deposit. Please remember to return your Growlers
Can we book a table? – Please call 0333 1880631 or email shop@vinnyandted.co.uk to book a table
What about private hire? – Yes, this would be possible on occasions, get in touch for details
Can you cater for parties and events? – We can provide a bulk discount on cans and bottles, or for larger parties we can hire out our portable dispensers, supply kegs of beer and if needed staff them for you. No more keeping hundreds of bottles cold! Get in touch for details
Are you going to do food? – At the moment we have a selection of crisps, nuts, biltong, and pork crackling (all perfect beer snacks). We will also be able to offer small charcuterie plates for groups which will need to be booked in advance
Do you just serve beer? – No. We serve wines and spirits by the glass, plus we offer a fantastic selection of White, Red, Sparkling and Rose wine available to takeaway or drink in for a small corkage charge. We also stock a natural wine produced in Seer Green and recently added the Harrow & Hope sparkling range
Are you dog friendly? – Absolutely, Ted would not have it any other way. We have some water bowls and dog treats (supplied by Spoilt Rotten Dog Groomers)
What about children? – Kids are welcome up until 730pm, but they must be on a table with adults and supervised at all times
