We are looking to start a Racing Club at V&T’s. A syndicate is a great way to own a share of a racehorse at an affordable price Matt currently runs the Sheep as a Lamb Racing syndicate but is looking to start one from the bar with local trainer Brian Toomey who trains at Bowstridge Farm in Chalfont St Giles. We have identified a horse called Classic Speed that could be a lot of fun racing on the flat this summer at the likes of Kempton and Windsor races, he has already won twice at Kempton
The cost will depend on how many sign up but there will be an up-front purchase cost for the horse and then an all inclusive monthly training fee. This is likely to be in the region of £300 per share to purchase the horse and around £50 a month if we can get c35 people (obviously costs come down if we get more involved).
